I’ve decided to revamp the Friday posts slightly and make them a bit more about my life in general rather than just about my health and fitness.
Doing it this way it means that I now have a designated day to talk about things like my Grandad’s Alzheimer’s, projects and things that I’m working on and just anything relating to my life really. On the surface this sounds a bit narcissistic but I know that there’s a lot of you who like to know what’s going on in my life and maybe feel like I’m taking that away from you a little bit by not writing about my life as much these days, this seems like the perfect compromise.
